The Business Training Institute Inc. is a Non-Profit Community Based Organization which serves 425 students 15+ hours and 60 families yearly in the Summer and School Year through the Federal 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program. The Business Training Institute Inc., in partnership with the Utica City School District, provides academic and enrichment programs in Thomas R. Proctor High School, James H. Donovan Middle School and John F. Kennedy Middle School within the Utica City School District. The goals of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program are to:
1) Improve Test Scores
2) Improve Classroom Grades
3) Increase the Graduation Rate
4) Increase Positive Behavior
5) Increase Family Involvement
