Home Care Unit

• Description:

  The goal of Home Care is to provide patients with skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech pathology, occupational therapy, and home health aid services, which is provided at the request of a physician or authorized practitioner.
  Other Public Health Services: infant care, immunization clinics, blood pressure clinics, physically handicapped children's program, Cancer screening program, Emergency planning and response, investigation of communicable diseases.
