    Provides transportation to and from hospitals for cancer treatments and doctor appointments. Loans home care equipment and dressings. Connect with us by calling 1-800-227-2345. to learn more about Road To Recovery® availability near you and other resources to help you on your cancer journey. Provides financial assistance for medications, home health aids and educational programs. Application is required for financial assistance. Services included are informational and referral, transportation to cancer-related appointments, Medication-limited financial support for pain medication. Limited financial assistance program. Hope Lodge: free temporary housing facility for cancer patients and a caregiver receiving treatment in Monroe County but resides outside of Monroe County. Support programs: Breast Cancer, General Support, Look Good...Feel Better, Prostrate and Men Cancer groups.
