The Southern Tier Independence Center (STIC), operates the Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver Resource Development Center which works to assist individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) find services and support that they need to live in the community rather than in a nursing facility or to prevent institutionalization. Provides referral and information, networking, technical assistance, provider development, and service linkage to eligible individuals (18-64 yrs) with TBI diagnosis and their families.
