Liberty offers 24 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom, and two three-bedroom apartments. Twenty of the apartments are accessible/adaptable for tenants with special needs related to mobility. Ten apartments are adaptable for people with visual and hearing impairments. The Rochester Housing Authority awarded Section 8 rental assistance for all of the units, ensuring the housing is affordable to veterans who need it most.
To qualify (2017), at least one member of the household must be a veteran and total household income must be below $24,050 for one person; $27,450 for two people; $30,900 for three people, and $34,300 for a household of four.
