North Country Family Health Center is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, one of 1,400 in the country. Community Health Centers offer “one-stop shopping” – primary and preventive healthcare visits, dental, and mental health services; case management; insurance enrollment; and WIC services… all conveniently located, coordinated, and tailored to meet patient’s needs.
NoCo serves nearly 16,000 individuals each year within our Medical, Behavioral Health, and Dental Programs in our 4 community-based and 12 school-based locations. Our WIC Program serves more than 4,000 women, infants, and children and we assist nearly 1,500 people each year with affordable health insurance coverage.
