Children’s Single Point of Access (C-SPOA) is designed to streamline the application process for intensive mental health services/supports for children ages 5 to 21 years old, throughout Broome County. These children exhibit concerns in their home, school and the community and are often at risk for hospitalization and/or placement in residential care.
