The Geriatric Addictions Program is an intensive geriatric care management and in home counseling service designed to increase the health, safety and functioning of older adults who mismanage or abuse substances such as alcohol, medications and even illegal drugs. Program staff are Qualified Health Professionals who work with the individual, their supports and other medical and chemical dependency/mental health providers when applicable, to comprehensively meet the unique needs of older adults with substance abuse issues. There is a modest fee for the program
