Home-delivered meals are available for homebound, frail, elderly persons, age 60 or over, through most Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services nutrition sites. Each meal served provides one-third of the daily Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA). Homebound frail, elderly persons are encouraged to attend the congregate site. Transportation frequently is available. A suggested voluntary contribution for congregate and home-delivered meals is posted at each site.
