Services : A unit of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, responsible for developing and providing comprehensive services for individuals with developmental disabilities mental retardation, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and other neurological impairments constituting a lifelong mental or physical impairment that becomes apparent prior to age 22. Community-based residential and habilitative services are provided in partners throughout its region, designs and delivers services best resulted to the needs of each individual and their family.
