The Pleasant Valley Ecumenical Food Pantry operates as a not for profit pantry in agency with the New York Regional Food Bank of the Hudson Valley under the tax exempt status of the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church with the volunteer support of 3 other community churches of Pleasant Valley, providing food as well as other support to families and individuals in need in the Pleasant Valley and immediate area. Sponsored and supported by 4 local churches, the Pleasant Valley Ecumenical (PVE) Food Pantry has been providing for individuals and families in need for almost 30 years and serve nearly 3000 people. The pantry’s inventory includes a wide variety of packaged goods and increasing supplies of fresh produce and other healthy products. As a member of the Regional Food Bank of the Hudson Valley nutrition is a top priority.
