Clinton County Public Transit (CCPT) is the public transportation serving Clinton County and the City of Plattsburgh. Fixed route services operate Monday through Friday throughout Clinton County. City service is available on Saturdays. Schedules and maps may be found on the website. Schedules can also be obtained from drivers and the CCPT office. In addition to fixed route service, CCPT offers a curb to curb paratransit service for individuals who have a disability that prevents them from accessing the fixed route service. Additionally, paratransit approved individuals may have rural fixed routes deviate up to ╛ mile from its route to further access the bus system. You must be approved in order to use the paratransit service; application forms are available on the website and at the CCPT offices. There is also the senior bus service which helps brings rural seniors into the Plattsburgh area and is utilized for special trips like going to museums, the beach and pumpkin picking. For more information on any of these services, please call the CCPT office or visit the website.
