    International Center

    International Towers Senior Center was transferred from NYCHA to JSPOA sponsorship in July 2015. If you are age 60 or older and live in the Jamaica, Queens area, International Towers Senior Center is likely to have something of interest for you. Our variety of older adult programs encourages senior independence and social engagement.

    We offer trips to museums and theaters, local shopping trips, fitness (aerobics and yoga), Pool room, educational seminars, painting and arts and crafts.

    Our center is the place where mature adults can come together and form lasting supportive friendships.

    Welcome to anyone 60 and older. Check out monthly activity calendars, feel free to contact the staff member with questions, or just stop by.

    International Center Activities include:

    - Exercise (yoga & aerobics)

    - Trips (museums, theater & local shopping)
