FAQ: Can I export search results to Microsoft Excel?

To export a list of resources to Microsoft Excel:
  1. Perform a search. The Resources page is displayed showing the search results.
  2. Select the check boxes of the resources you would like to export. You can select the Select All check box to select all of the displayed resources.
  3. Click the Export button. Depending on your Internet browser, you may be prompted to save and then open the generated Excel document

Note: You can also export your favorites or requested services, by displaying the appropriate folder and then clicking the Export button.

The generated Excel document contains the following columns:

  • Provider
  • ProgramName
  • Service
  • ProviderTelephone
  • Provider Address line 1
  • Provider Address Line 2
  • City
  • State
  • PostalCode
  • Areas Served
  • ProviderLatitude
  • ProviderLongitude
  • Request Date (Only displayed for the My Requests folder)
  • Requested By (Only displayed for the My Requests folder)
  • Status (Only displayed for the My Requests folder)
