To export a list of resources to Microsoft Excel:
- Perform a search. The Resources page is displayed showing the search results.
- Select the check boxes of the resources you would like to export. You can select the Select All check box to select all of the displayed resources.
- Click the Export button. Depending on your Internet browser, you may be prompted to save and then open the generated Excel document
Note: You can also export your favorites or requested services, by displaying the appropriate folder and then clicking the Export button.
The generated Excel document contains the following columns:
- Provider
- ProgramName
- Service
- ProviderTelephone
- Provider Address line 1
- Provider Address Line 2
- City
- State
- PostalCode
- Areas Served
- ProviderLatitude
- ProviderLongitude
- Request Date (Only displayed for the My Requests folder)
- Requested By (Only displayed for the My Requests folder)
- Status (Only displayed for the My Requests folder)
