    Integrity Home Care Services is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide services within Onondaga, Oswego, Oneida, Madison, Cayuga and Cortland Counties. Integrity offers a variety of services, from assistance with personal care and meal preparation to rehabilitation and skilled nursing services – all provided by caring, experienced professionals.

    Receiving healthcare at home offers many advantages. Familiar surroundings, loved ones nearby and a full-range of quality services from our caring professionals make for some very powerful medicine. We strive to fit into our clients’ lifestyle to deliver services as needed.

    Experienced RNs, LPNs, and home health aides provide the right care to meet specific needs. Specializes in providing a wide-range of services such as:

    In-home shift nursing for those needing specialized care

    Home health aides to assist with personal needs and daily activities

    Professional nursing service providing patient and family education

    Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) waiver participants providing HCSS care for those with disabilities looking to enhance their quality of life, to seniors receiving some extra help to remain independent and at home – turn to us for friendly, professional home care services.
