Addiction Evaluation & Outpatient Counseling

  • Description:

    One on one outpatient evaluation and counseling sessions with addiction counselors for those with alcohol and substance related problems. To be scheduled for an evaluation session, you must complete an orientation session first. Please call 716-373-4303 ext. 500 to schedule an orientation appointment. The orientation appointment is in a group setting for anyone over 18 years of age. All minors will be scheduled separately for the orientation appointment. The evaluation process may take up to 3 sessions to complete, after the orientation appointment. After the evaluation is complete, the addiction counselor will present your case to the treatment team to decide if further treatment sessions are needed. If further sessions are needed, your counselor will call you to let you know how many you will have to attend and if you will need to attend any groups as well.
