    If you live in New York, and have Parkinsons Disease you may sign up for Parkinsons Disease Care online or by phone.

    People with Parkinson's Disease who are treated by a neurologist are less likely to have Parkinson's Disease related hospitalizations.

    PDCNY Is a multi-disciplinary, largely virtual, Parkinson disease care network for New York State. This program aims to address barriers to access and improve satisfaction with care, quality of care, patient function, reduce caregiver burden and lower costs through a coordinated telemedicine program.
