HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) - Olean

  • Description:

    Provides Cattaraugus County's eligible population with financial help towards heating costs. HEAP payments appear as credits on an approved applicants heating bill and are not meant to be a substitution for regular payments. Please contact the office for questions regarding furnace repairs and emergency HEAP benefits. Income guidelines are an income of up to $2318 for a single person household and an income of up to $3031 for a 2 person household. Please call to for more information and to inquire about the documentation needed to apply.
