Home Care and Home Support Program

    The Home Care and Home Support Program provides therapeutic and supportive services to our community members, as well as ensuring that staff are qualified and receiving ongoing training to support our clientele. Services are limited to: Palliative care, Home Care Nursing, Personal Support Workers, Food Care/Chriopodist Clinic,Local client medical transport, lifeline applications, medical supplies & equipment, transition/western medicine monitoring, referrals, home maintenance & minor installations, medical social worker, case manager, dietetic service.
