How Does Lifeline® Work?
The Lifeline® Communicator connects to your existing telephone system.
If you need help, you push your Personal Help Button.
•Your Communicator will automatically dial the Lifeline® Response Center, available 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week.
•Trained professionals who have critical information at their fingertips immediately talk to you to find out what help you need.
•If you need help, they’ll contact a neighbor, loved one or emergency service, based on your specific need.
•The Lifeline® Response Center will follow up to ensure help has arrived.
