All drivers and attendants are trained to assist and transport people with physical and/or mental disabilities to any destination. Services are provided to and from medical appointments but are not limited to medical facilities. In addition, this service enabled individuals/groups to attend social functions. A special Medicare service has been established to accommodate the elderly who do not require wheelchair service but do need assistance. TLS also provides installation of adaptive driving aids for drivers with disabilities e.g., lifts, left foot gas pedals, specially-equipped vans. For Cortland county also there is emergency ambulance service as well.
