Description:The sheriff's office pistol permit clerk is open for business Monday through Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. The pistol permit clerk is located at 301 Court Street in Little Valley.
As of August 15, 2023:
A pistol permit application MUST be purchased from the clerk for $10.00.
A dealer-gunsmith application MUST be purchased from the clerk for $10.00
The packet includes instructions on the steps and fees for processing an application.

Amendments $3.00 (Cash or Check) (Up to 4 Guns Per Dealer)
Application Packet $10.00 (Cash or Check).
Process Fee (Application) $130.00 (Cash or Check)
Duplicate Permit $10.00 (Cash or Check)
Miscellaneous (Inked) Prints $10.00 (per 2 cards) (Cash or Check)
Miscellaneous Photos $10.00 (Cash or Check)
Sheriff Photo ID $20.00 (Cash or Check)

Completed application which includes 4 application cards with 4 reference signatures
