    The Department provides direct services in mental health, alcoholism and substance use to all residents of Sullivan County. Services are available to individuals of all age groups, without regard to severity of their access or functional needs. All services are confidential. Services Provided by the Sullivan County Department of Community Services include: Individual Psychotherapy, Marital & Family Counseling, Group Therapy, Medication Therapy, Crisis Intervention/Outreach, Court Evaluations, Consultation & Education, Case Management, Anger Management, Coordinated Children's Services Initiative, SPOA (Single Point of Access) and many more.

    Eligiblity:For Sullivan County residents with serious and persistent mental illness. Those under age 16 are accepted only with the consent of their parents or guardians. Referrals may be made through other agencies. Walk in Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for chemical dependency and mental health.
