Supportive Living is open to both males and females who are medically stable, however they never reside together in the same apartments. Clients that enter this program are deemed appropriate through an OASAS process for Level of Care Determination. Clients in this program also receive structured Case Management as well as Outpatient programming through our CAReS Olean site-this includes one-to-one therapy with a clinician as well as a number of groups. Residents are also expected to attend a specific number of meetings weekly, as well as community service. There is no on-site staffing within the residences, so clients are taught to be more responsible for their day-to-day activities and obtaining transportation. Case Managers are on call after hours for emergent client needs.
Should you have any questions about this program, please contact Rosanna Bonfilio, Case Manager at 716-373-4303 ext. 579.
