    Bath VA Medical Center offers a variety of health services to meet the needs of our nation's Veterans and in some cases, caregiver support services and financial assistance to widows of Veterans.

    List of services include: adult day care, preventive health programs, primary care, neurology, rehabilitative therapy and other specialty services. Chaplain services, community living center, an array of home based care services, caregiver support, palliative care, hospice, respite, mental health and substance abuse services. There is also a Domiciliary Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program that provides a residential level of care and address goals of rehabilitation, recovery, health maintenance, improved quality of life and community integration.

    During any significant change in life like illness, household composition, or caregiving needs, it is recommended to seek financial counseling assistance to review eligibility and application assistance for compensation and pension benefits.
